If you are experiencing difficulties with the online quote request form, please check the U-Pack move requirements below:
- your move must be out-of-state
- your move must be at least 200 miles in distance
- your locations must be points of service for ABF
- you must request a quote three business days in advance of expected move date
- you must provide a valid e-mail address
If you do not meet these requirements or if you require additional assistance, please call 1-800-355-1696.
Reservation Help
If you are experiencing difficulties with the online reservation form, please check the U-Pack reservation requirements below:
- you must reserve at least three business days prior to your move date
- you may not be able to reserve online if you change certain quote information
- you cannot reserve online if your quoted move date has expired by more than thirty days

Entering Date Information on the U-Pack Web Site
If incorrect dates are being displayed on the U-Pack Web Site,
you may need to check your computer's date and time information. This can be done with most Windows
operating systems by clicking "Start" in the lower left corner of your screen. Then click Settings > Control
Panel > Date/Time and make sure the correct date and time are displayed here. Once these settings are correct you should
be able to refresh the page with which you are having problems and the correct date information will be available.
